1. Application policy

REGNER® products are suitable for a wide range of applications. REGNER® cannot know and check all the conditions under which REGNER® products will be installed and used. So the suitability and functionality of the REGNER® product and its performance under different conditions can only be verified by testing, and shall ultimately be the responsibility of the REGNER® customer using any REGNER® product.

REGNER® shall be responsible solely that REGNER® products comply with the specifications set out by REGNER® and it shall be the responsibility of the REGNER® customer to ensure that the specific REGNER® product can be used for the application in question.

Read the user’s manual of the products before operation and ensure that all the people who will use, connect or install the products have the necessary skills, information and access to the user’s manual.

2. Payment methods

We may accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer

You can choose this method directly during the online payment process. You will be informed during the payment process of the total amount to transfer and our Bank details. Please ensure that you indicate the order number in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt by e-mail to info@regner.es. Payments should be made in Euros and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Spain, it is important that any commission and fees are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, REGNER® will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.

 

Credit & debit card

Our PayPal service accepts credit and debit card payments. We guarantee that every transaction carried out at Regner.es is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. In this way, the credit card details are not registered in a database and are only known and handled by PayPal.

 

3. Pricing

The prices indicated on our website do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping and handling fees. Our prices may vary without notice. We offer important discounts for quantities, in the case of doubt, contact us. Our prices might contain typographical errors. If an error should occur, we reserve the right either to honor that price, inform the customer of the reason for such an error and correct the situation by asking the customer whether the order should stand at the revised price or be canceled.

All prices indicated are in Euros (€ EUR).

 

4. Taxes

Orders with an EU shipping address will include the Spanish sales tax since we are shipping from Spain. No taxes are applied for orders shipped outside of EU, however, you may have duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying these fees. For further information, please ask the Customs department in your country.

All companies belonging to the EU (except Spain) and with a valid intra-communitary VAT number, will be exempt from VAT. You can enter your VAT number during the purchasing, and it will automatically deduct the VAT if the number is correct.

Sales to special tax zones, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not charged VAT. However, the customs authorities will levy their corresponding charges upon delivery. We are unable to calculate these corresponding charges for each order as they depend on the local I.G.C tax and customs tariff duties.

 

5. Shipping information

To calculate shipping costs and transit time, add the items you want to buy to your cart. You will be able to calculate the shipping rates directly in your cart with the option Estimate Shipping. We usually handle all orders within 24 hours after receiving the purchase. If the item is not in stock, we will inform you.

We ship using UPS. During your purchasing, you will be able to choose between the available shipping services. You may have duties, taxes and/or customs fees charged upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country. You are responsible for paying these fees. If you refuse to pay them upon delivery, your package will be returned to us.

The delivery times indicated are calculated according to working days (mon-fri) and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the bank transfer payment option has been selected for your order, bear in mind that your order will not be dispatched until we have received the full amount.

The exact cost of delivery is displayed in your shopping cart before you are asked to pay for the order. Shipping costs vary according to the weight and destination of your order.

At specific times of the year, such as Christmas, New Year, or bank holidays we are unable to guarantee our delivery dates, due to saturation of transport services.

REGNER® reserves the right to modify delivery options & times without previous notification in special cases.

If you want to use your own shipping service to pick up the products from our facilities, please contact us.

 

6. Returns policy

Our Customer Service department provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. Our aim is to provide a fast and efficient service to our customers.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for credit. Please contact us before returning items and we can provide an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number for your return. No returns will be accepted without having previously obtained an RMA number. The returning products must be shipped prepaid with all duty and other charges paid.

It is very important that returned product/s are posted in suitable wrapping to prevent damage. If a product does not arrive at our warehouse in its perfect state, due to inappropriate wrapping, the exchange/refund will not be accepted.

 

7. Warranty

There is a warranty on REGNER® products against manufacturing faults. The warranty period begins on the purchasing date of the product. The seller is responsible for nonconformities that become apparent within the time stipulated by the applicable law.

Warranty exclusions:

REGNER® is entitled to deny any warranty if:

  • The product has not been correctly used or the product usage specifications (load, environment, temperature, duty cycle, voltage, current, etc) have not been respected.
  • The product has not been correctly maintaned.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • The product has been be exposed to violent or abrasive treatment.

Nonconformities due to age of the product (for example, discolouring of painting) are excluded from warranty.

In case of doubt regarding the existence of a defect or if an inspection is required, REGNER® reserves the

right to request the return of the product. Any additional warranty obligations for parts replaced free of

charge or for any service provided without charge under this warranty shall be excluded.

Warranty of the replaced parts under warranty period will end on the date of expiry of the warranty period of the product concerned.
